- Frank Dirscherl (aka Len Driscoll), Publisher/Author -

Frank Dirscherl (also known by his pen name of Len Driscoll) is the author of many novels, including the Amazon bestselling The Wraith and Sanderson of Metro, as well as many short stories. His The Wraith Dread Avenger of the Underworld books have been enjoyed by readers all over the world.

A librarian with over thirty years experience, Frank has also worked at a book wholesaler, a specialist medical practice and as a tutor in the writing and producing of comic books. His interests include reading, traveling, politics, architecture and the environment.

Frank lives in the Illawarra on the south coast of New South Wales, Australia, with his wife and daughter, and is always working on his latest literary endeavours.

- Chaz Gupta, Illustrator -

Chaz Gupta is a pen name for a librarian by day, digital artist by night. He thinks he'll continue with this way of life for the time being.

- Glowing Eyes Media -

Glowing Eyes Media was formed, as Trinity Comics, in 2003, by creators Frank Dirscherl, John Jett and Craig Shepard (later joined by Jim Taylor) to facilitate publication of the character The Wraith Dread Avenger of the Underworld in comic book form, as the previous publisher had gone into bankruptcy. Frank had created the character in 1998, and while the artwork was being created for the comic series, he wrote and published the first novel in what has now become The Wraith Dread Avenger of the Underworld series. While Jett and Shepard departed some time later, and Taylor passed away in 2023, Frank was briefly joined by artist Gregory Price, who provided all art for Glowing Eyes Media from 2021 2023, whereupon digital artist Chaz Gupta took over the reins. Claude Aylmer followed in 2025 as editor.

The comic book series debuted over the course of the next few years, and the book series grew as well, with such titles as Valley of Evil, Crossfire, Cult of the Damned, Cry of the Werewolf and Vendetta following suit. In 2018/19, Trinity Comics embarked on a sweeping program of merchandising based on The Wraith, such as maquettes, action figures, jigsaw puzzles, clothing and more.

2020 saw the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic, which slowed progression of Trinity's plans (as well as everyone else's), and 2021 saw the company reborn as Glowing Eyes Media. While the books are available direct from Glowing Eyes Media as well as from a variety of third party sites (Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.), all merchandising is available solely direct from Glowing Eyes Media when exhibiting at trade shows.

2025 saw Frank launch a new series of period detective novels (think Raymond Chandler, Dashiel Hammett or Ross MacDonald) under the pen name of Len Driscoll. These have been well received thus far, with many more titles set for release in the future, having now been joined by cover artist Chaz Gupta and editor Claude Aylmer.

The future looks bright, and the sky is the limit!
